Delivery Timeframe

Upon ordering and payment confirmation, if the product is in stock, you will receive it within 3-7 days. For pre-ordered items, you will receive them within 15-30 days.

Returns Policy

Customers can exchange/return damaged goods within 7 days (from the date of receipt). The goods for exchange/return must be in the same condition as when you received them. We will exchange the goods under the following conditions:
1.The goods are damaged and cannot be used normally, but have not been used or tested. The goods must be in the same condition as when you received them.
2.Incorrectly delivered goods in terms of model, or size.
3.Goods or packaging damaged.
4.If you receive the goods for more than 7 days, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the goods.
5.In the case of discounted or clearance items, we reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in all cases.

Note:
If customers wish to return/exchange goods, they must be returned with the packaging and accessories of the goods.

Return Goods Inspection Timeframe

The process of exchanging/returning goods will be inspected over a period of 7 business days from the date the goods are returned to the company, to inspect and evaluate the condition of the goods.

Exchange for New Goods

When we receive your goods, we will inspect the quality and evaluate your goods, which will take approximately 7 business days from the date the company receives the returned goods. If your goods are approved for exchange, we will arrange for the delivery of the new goods.

Refund Policy

The company has a full refund policy when customers do not receive the goods and/or services, or when we cannot find the goods for exchange or replacement. However, customers must provide accurate and complete information and payment as required by us. If customers do not provide complete and accurate information, it may result in the goods not being delivered to them.
In the case of a refund, customers must submit documents and proof of payment for the goods, so that we can process the refund into their bank account, which may take approximately 30 days to process. We will notify you when the refund has been successfully processed.
